Have you read a good book lately?
It is some time since we last had a meeting where we commented on books we have recently read and found thought-provoking, or otherwise of particular interest. If you have read a book recently that you found to be significant, please bring it along and be ready to comment for a few minutes on its content and significance.
The formal part of the meeting ends at 12.30, but conversation continues over sandwiches for those who are able stay (Tea and coffee are provided, but please bring a packed lunch). A donation of £1.50 per person is suggested to cover the chapel's expenses. |
